I have done a bit of smoking in the past with offset barrel smokers, but I am far from being a top notch smoker. I understand most of the basics, and I enjoy a cold beer......so I reckon I meet the requirements for Newbie classification. My intention is to purchase a Backwoods
G2 Chubby in the very near future. I would enjoy hearing any comments or experiences with this type of smoker. I intend to use the " BBQ GURU Digi Q" fire temp control with this unit
so I'd like to learn how difficult it may be to install one on the chubby. Thanx in advance for the opportunity to grow and learn with Y'all........Dan
