Well I just joined today looking at teh good advise here to make better smoke and BBQ. Today was a good day for me as a side note as I got to meet and watch Johnny Trigger in action. here was here at Fort Bliss for a cookoff. Awesome. I did see a few salt free receipts I am trying tomorrow. Thanks for the add
