I am from bayou Cajun country of Louisiana. I started smoking/bbqing a few years ago with some local competitions.

My pits are Weber Performer 22", Backwoods Party, Weber Summit gas grill, and just recently a Lang 36 Patio.

I like reading the bbq forums and learning by seeing what others are doing and asking questions to those with tons of experience.

Looking forward to improving my queing and maybe helping someone else.
