Since joining this forum I've added a good ten pounds. I've come to the conclusion its from all the wonderful Q-view. I sit here at work drooling over the fabulous q-view everyone posts and then by lunchtime I'm ready to eat an elephant, and I do!

other than the great advice and knowledge i have gained from here up tp this point i still at about same. dont own a scale. however the thought has crossed my mind.........

Actually I've lost a little eating smoked vs fried and remember I said a little very little

my belt holes keep moving around on me. one day down a notch the next up a notch. I hate it when its up more then a notch..I try and keep the same tonage steady, but will hit the gym if need be..

Well over the last three years I'm down 234 pounds. Of course the RNY gastric bypass and abdomaplasti had something to do with it too...

Since November 07, I've LOST 20 pounds. My snacking has changed drastically. Now I grab a rib or two, or whatever smoky treat I have saved up instead of chips, cookies and other crap.

Yeah I actually lost a few pounds because I really prefer meat over snacks and grabing a piece of meat is a lot healthier than chips and cookies anyday. If you haven't tried Bison yet pick up a few packs of "Buffalo Back Ribs" and cook them half the time and enjoy! It's actually leaner and healthier than most fish
