Hi Everyone,
I am going to a guys weekend the end of the week. The will be 10 55+ year old guys getting together without our wifes and kids to just hang out, eat, drink, smoke, cigars, and make believe we aren't all pushing 60. I volunteered to bring BBQ with the fixin's for Friday night. I was planning on pulled pork, sliced brisket, and cole slaw.
What size butt/shoulder and brisket would you suggest if I am making both? I will bring buns/rolls in case people want sandwiches versus dinner plates.
What else can I bring besides the cole slaw? Any easy way to prepare corn on the cob ahead of time that I can maybe just throw on the grill to reheat and carmelize?
What about sauces? how much? Different Types?
