Me, I got my shed all cleaned up and put just the way I want yesterday. Even got the trash to the dump today. That's a first! And now.......

why thank you sir! I tossed a little paprika in the wet rub. Came out great and the ladies and I tore it up!! The smoked sprouts have become a big hit around here as well.

Hey Gary, I've done raw but usually steam them just a little. These were cheaters( frozen steam in bag variety) but instead of 6 minutes in the microwave I did 2. Shook em in a bag with olive oil, season salt, and basil then put them on for about the last half hour. They get a great smoke flavor but still retain their own.
