Started out with 6 thickish boneless chops.
For the marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes.
Put in large mason jar.
Added the pork. And vacuum sealed.
Laid on it's side. And let it sit for 4 hours. Rotating/shaking every 30 minutes.
And here they are ready to cook. They can be broiled, fried, or grilled. I choose fried in a CI pan.
Done! Turned off heat at 145 IT.
For a side. I did salt crusted potatoes using @chilerelleno recipe.
These taters were great! But, next time. I'll reduce the salt slightly. The Thyme in these really made them stand out.
Plated and ready. The pork has a fantastic flavor. The IT hit 148. And they were tender and very juicy.
