Started out with 6 thickish boneless chops.

For the marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes.
Put in large mason jar.

Added the pork. And vacuum sealed.

Laid on it's side. And let it sit for 4 hours. Rotating/shaking every 30 minutes.

And here they are ready to cook. They can be broiled, fried, or grilled. I choose fried in a CI pan.

Done! Turned off heat at 145 IT.

For a side. I did salt crusted potatoes using chilerelleno chilerelleno recipe.

These taters were great! But, next time. I'll reduce the salt slightly. The Thyme in these really made them stand out.

Plated and ready. The pork has a fantastic flavor. The IT hit 148. And they were tender and very juicy.

Very nice meal Steve, both the pork and potatoes look delicious!!

I think I have a canister attachment for my vacuum sealer somewhere. Never used it, but I wanna try after seeing this.

Those look really good Steve. I use a soy marinade for beef tips, but I don't add any additional salt. Soy is basically liquid salt. I know it's good on tips - I bet it was good on chops.

Point for sure

That all looks great Steve. I use a very similar marinade for grilled shrimp and they always turn out great...EVOO, lime juice, minced garlic, honey, low sodium soy sauce, and sriracha is my go to. Will have to try yours on chops. Thanks for sharing!
