Homemade Texas Hot Links.

Thought I would post some QView. Here are some homemade texas hot links I smoked this past weekend. I also did a boneless turkey breast, thats in the poultry forum.

Smoked these babies in my Masterbuilt 40 with some oak chips.

Followed a tip I read somewhere on here about using S hooks and they worked great.

I grew up eating hot links. I haven't had one in YEARS! I may have to do this for old time sake.
