smoker poor at the moment and with the final leg of the triple crown on decided to celebrate with some Steaks and Sausages. We raise our own beef and my sons killed the hog a couple months ago.
I cut and split my own oak, have about 25 cords cut and split this year so far.
Steaks came out great. I usually make our own sausage but the kids had the local butcher do these cause I didn’t have the time when they shot it.

Salt and a tad bit pepper on steaks to medium rare. Sausages 190 to make sure they were done. Came out good.
 
Those steaks look awesome. Marbling is rediculous. The Santa Maria style grill is on my wish list. Nice post.
