Love a Lebanon Baloney sandwich on rye, with butter on the bread, lots of thinly sliced onion and spicy mustard. Serve with a Kosher Dill and some potato chips and I'm all set! Just picked up half a pound of it today...

Looks good . I used to buy a double smoked dry cured version at the butcher around the corner . I think he told me he got it from Dutch valley foods ? It was 3 " and heavy smoke .
