I took two small Angus beef burgers added Holy Mole, red Jalapeno, white sharp Cheddar, cilantro, salt and pepper to one then placed the other one on top to make the burgers.
They were placed in the smoker with Hickory and Mesquite until IT of 140F.
I added some frys with Chick-fil-a sauce. The burger tasted great.
