I took two small Angus beef burgers added Holy Mole, red Jalapeno, white sharp Cheddar, cilantro, salt and pepper to one then placed the other one on top to make the burgers.

They were placed in the smoker with Hickory and Mesquite until IT of 140F.

I added some frys with Chick-fil-a sauce. The burger tasted great.

Damn, that look's KILL'ER, Chris!!!
All I would add too that plate is a piece of corn on the cob, and a slice of watermelon.
I love summer meals!!! :emoji_thumbsup:

It's funny you said that. After I took the pictures I did add watermelon and a green cantaloupe chunks that I cut up afterwards. They are so sweet and at the peak of ripeness right now.

I have been eating tons of melon this summer, you're right, they have been fantastic the past few weeks. Matter of fact, I have a bunch to slice up in the refer right now, a watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. I go nuts over a good sweet salted watermelon, I like the others as well, but love watermelon.

In the beginning of summer, I decided that it was time to drop some weight again, but I wasn't willing to do the whole low carb thing like I did a few yrs ago.
This time I focused on portion control, for 90% of my meals. I still eat whatever I want, but try to cut my normal serving size in half. Today I am down 50 lbs, and still have two months before my east coast vacation. Where I'll probably gain 15 lbs back in two weeks. LOL!!!

Watermelons are hit and miss for us, mostly miss, but they are cold and wet.
I got tired of crappy watermelons, I even had the produce guy pick them for me, and they were still bunk. The next time I was in the store, he asked me how the melon was, I laughed and said as crappy as the ones I pick. He went and grabbed a knife and split four melons until he got a good one, then he wrapped it up and put a free sticker on it for me. I thanked him, and jokingly said I wish he could do that for me every time I wanted a melon, and he said he would be more than happy to do it. So far, he has cut open at least eight melons for me, and has given me the last three for free. This is at a large chain grocery store/ Safeway, he said if I ever got bad fruits or veggies to take a picture of it even if it looked perfect, and they would replace it or give my money back, he then went on to say if people knew how much produce gets tossed a week that they would be shocked. So I don't feel bad about snapping a photo of stuff that is sub par now knowing that, I actually do it all the time now, and don't feel a bit bad about doing so. I buy at least one watermelon a week, lately two, because they have been super sweet. Another thing he told me was to quit buying the seedless rounder melons, and stick with the elongated old school watermelons with seeds, he says they have better texture and are sweeter, the two they carry are the Jubilee, and the Georgia Rattlesnake heirloom variety, I look for the Georgia Rattlesnake melons, they have been the best, and they are localy grown in the CA central valley.

End of high jack, sorry Chris, I did it again.
