Holiday cheese and pepparoni

As i walked past my covered smoker in an Eary voice I herd feed me ! I stopped for a second then in a louder voice I hear FEED ME ! Now it’s sent a shiver of fear through me so I figured I better comply . So I readied a offering of 13 pounds of cheese ! 3 pounds of pepparoni And ten hard boiled eggs with season salt ! Into the mouth of the beast it all went. After a couple hours of smoke my smoker returned to me gifts of tasty goodness ! my now happy smoker is back to sleep at least for a couple weeks . Hopefully this will last through the holidays ! Be out of town tomorrow so vaccum packing will be on wed!

I cut my eggs in half so the yolk gets some smoke too... Then I make deviled eggs with em... HHMMMM...

Yeah it’s good stuff and I peticulrly like the black pepper cooper ! Great grilled cheese and great mixed in Mac and cheese!

I've never seen that one. Sounds good. The only one I can get here in the south is the sharp white american and the only place that sells it is BJ's.
