Have been Reading On Here Since Buying Smoker So I figured I might as well Contribute some of my experiences as well.

I'm From Memphis so BBQ is in My Blood ! I recieved a Masterbuilt Vertical Smoker for Fathers Day and Have Been Putting It to Use quite frequently.
