I found this funny...I've just started doing my research on curing chamber builds, and saw that a book on fermenting sausages kept getting recommended.  So I went to Amazon....

No, it's book sellers trying to take advantage of suckers!!
When someone stumbles upon the listing, they assume, because of the price, that it's a rare out of print book so many fail to look further.
Granted, $700 is definitely to the extreme.
You see it quite a bit in the book biz.
