Hello All,

I am the new old kid on the block (47 years old).  I am from Port Orchard Wa. but am living in Memphis temporarily.  I have been smokin for two years and look forward to learning from all of you.

Hillbilly G, your in the right place, these guys can answer almost anything you might need help with, but living in Memphis it is a must to smoke or at least BBQ I would guess.
