Hickory Smoked ..... Hungry Mans Beef & Potato Casserole

Hey all you Smokers out there ...... gotta a good one here for ya.

It's a Beef and Potato Casserole with onion, red peppers, cream of mushroom soup, and graded cheddar cheese. I thought this would be good smoked, but it turned out even better than I thought it would. It really took on the smoke and had a great flavor. You gotta try this one, I don't think you'll be disappointed. So go fire up them smokers and give it a try .... it's awesome!

Thanks Gary ..... OMG this stuff is good. Just finished having some left overs and I just can't tell you how good this stuff is smoked with hickory. You really should give it a try. You and the family will love it.

I actually thought about adding bacon to it, but didn't. It sure would be a great addition to this casserole, but if it was much better I don't think I could stand it. Leftovers are even awesome.
