My name is Liz and I'm from northern Michigan.  About a month ago, my husband and I purchased a Cabelas pellet smoker.  So far, I've smoked a whole chicken, chicken drumsticks, chicken wings (the small ones....gotta get the ones on 'roids next time), boston butt, baby back ribs (wayyyyy too salty) and now a turkey breast roll.  I recently bought the Maverick remote thermometer (hard to learn but handy to use).  Looking for some great recipes (the turkey roll was perfect Jeff!).
