Hello,

I'm Jeff, pitmaster of Big Creek BBQ from Pleasant Hill, Missouri.  I imagine I already know several people around here!  I've been competing for almost eight years and cooking barbecue for maybe 20 years.  Additionally, we cater on the side.  I serve on the KCBS Board of Directors, am a co-founder of Operation BBQ Relief and do social media for ARY VacMaster, a line of commercial grade vacuum packaging machines adapted for the home kitchen and restaurants.
