HI guys and gals, im Patsy and im in the nw of england and have just been bought a bradley digital 4 rack, after pestering my hubby for ever, did a first run last weekend with chicken legs and belly pork which turned out fine i thought id better use something cheap in case it was a disaster

. now tomorrow im doing thighs, a full bird and a full belly pork, ill let you know how i get on :) ...have a great weekend :)
