Hi-smoking for a little while

Hi everyone.

Been smoking with my Weber bullet charcoal smoker for a while.  Love it.  I have mostly been smoking meats, but would love to get more into smoking cheeses also.

Welcome to the site.  I've got an 18" WSM and use it to smoke cheese in cooler weather.  I use two Amazin smoking tubes and Hickory pellets for the smoke.
