Really enjoy the site. Wife and kids just gave me a digital Bradley for xmas so I will be checking it out here for tips. I used to use my charbroil grill w/sidebox for smoking but I guess now it will be for grilling only.LOL. Cant wait till I get my digital thermoter so I can start playing.

P.S. I really think she just wanted me to start making jerky again. I'm in northwest Ohio
