Hi, I'm Bryan and I live in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia.  I have a basic Webber kettle and only a small amount of smoking experience.  We (my wife and 3 sons) make our own jerky in a home made drier box and cook a lot (a lot) on the BBQ (6 burner hooded).  Would love to move to the country and embrace the whole homesteading / self sufficient thing.

Hello Bryan and welcome to the group!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
