Hi All
I didn't know this was the intro forum
I joined last week & sorta posted an intro thread the New Members forum
Anyway I just put together an early fathers day gift, an OK Joe Highland. I plan on seasoning it this week & cooking on it this weekend (if the weather holds out), I've been told I'm a good griller & have been wanting to get into smoking for a while, well this is the best fathers day gift that I have ever gotten & plan on playing with it often. I've been reading this forum for a few years now & hope that I can contribute as I go along, well at least ask a lot of questions
