Hi I'm from Montreal Canada been smoking for 4 years with a propane smoker looking to get a new smoker (charcoal) but would also like to use it for quick meals like steaks burgers etc I'm looking at smokey mountain 18inch or 22.5 or Weber Performer - Charcoal bbq
I don't get the bark I want on my propane smoker any advice on witch I should get

If your looking for just a smoker, then the WSM 22.5 would be the one I would get.
