Brand new to this forum and brand new to smoking meats. I have just received a small Electric smoker, discovered the forum while searching for info on how to use it. I have signed up for the 5 day eCourse. I am thinking of just starting with chicken to learn the ins and outs of the smoker.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, the new smoker arrived damaged so no chance to get smoking yet. The replacement is due in a day or two, I am sooo hanging out.
