I am a rookie smoker currently using a Broil King Vertical Propane Smoker but wishing to upgrade a GMG Daniel Boone soon.

Neighbour has 2 ceramic charcoal units and just finished building a 250 gallon smoker from an old propane tank :-)

Looking forward to reading, learning and posting a few articles.
