Hi all. Long time lurker. Just created an account today. I'm not new to smoking, but always willing to learn something new. Also figured I could maybe be of some help when people have questions. Currently have 2 smokers - a 22.5 WSM and a 150 gallon reverse flow trailer. Thanks for having me.
