I just seasoned my Masterbuilt electric smoker this morning and am cooking some chicken thighs to test it out. This is my first time smoking anything but my best friend got this smoker last summer and has brought some amazing food for our frequent camping trips so I'm excited to have one now too :)

Omg so good. I rubbed them with Burning Asphalt's Winners Circle Sweet & Hot rub then we finished them on the grill with some BBQ (mix of a few things left over in the fridge).

Holy cow. This thing is my new boyfriend.
