Good evening all,
Just doing the SMF new member post. I'm entering my second year of this meat smoking addiction. I use a pretty run of the mill Weber kettle grill and plan to build an offset smoker later this season. I gleaned a lot of good information from SMF last year, and look forward to being in the mix this year. Here's to the next 8 months of grilling season!
