Coos Bay Oregon
My name is James and I live in Coos Bay, Oregon. I have been canning for almost two years now and the joke in my house is, if you stand still too long you just may get canned! hahaha. Anyway I have learned so much and want to learn more about smoking, canning, and preserving food and meat.
