Hey everyone, I'm Alex from PA. I've been a long time lurker of this forum and recently decide to join and get the full smoking meat forums experience! My hobbies include all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, trapping, competitive archery shooting, and riding side by sides. My smoking experience is limited, but I'm starting to get the hang of smoking the venison that I am fortunate enough to harvest during the fall months. I smoke on a Char-broil propane smoker, but am looking to upgrade. My "always tinkering" mind got the best of me, and I am wanting to build a cold smoke house in the next month or so using the A-MAZE-N smoker as my smoke source, so in regards to that I will most likely be trying to find the answers to some of the questions I have! I look forward to learning from everyone here!
