I live between Niagara Falls Canada and Toronto Canada. Bought my husband a Mastercraft 40" Electric Smoker for Father's Day (he says I bought it for myself lol). Basically bought it because our local grocery store had a sale on backribs and my husband bought a bunch and I have never really been successful at cooking ribs in the oven and I don't like them in a slow cooker.......and I'm afraid of the BBQ, so why not try an electric smoker right???

Is someone able to Direct me where I go to explain my first smoking experience so I can maybe get some help.....I'm totally clueless?????
