Joined three years ago when I got my smoker then life got a little wonky and the smoker went on the back burner. Things have leveled off now and I'm ready to jump in again.  Husband and I live on a piece of woods in the Ozarks.  I have all the fuel I could use in many lifetimes - Oak, Hickory, Maple, Wild Plum, Wild Cherry, etc. The smoker we have is the Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn.  I have added an additional thermometer and ordered some stainless steel racks. Would like to get a basket of some sort and some fire brick to go in the fire box. I have done several whole pork loins and they have turned out great!

Thanks for having me!!

Welcome back!
