Hi, everyone. I'm Greg and I'm from Pittsburgh...just signed up as a newbie to find some great recipes to us with my new smoker. I've smoked on a charcoal smoker in the past but could never get it right without wild temp fluctuations so I finally upgraded to a Char Broil electric. I have loved it so far...and can't wait to find more stuff to smoke. It's just so nice knowing that your dinner will be low and slow...love me some smoky BBQ. I look forward to interacting with you all...thanks
