Hi everyone. I am from Augusta Ga, I work for the Army, retired from the Air Force. Got lots of Grand Kids!! Haha
I have a 30 Inch Masterbuilt electric smoker. I bought this one cause i didn't want to spend a lot on a smoker, just in case I wasn't good at using it.
Well so far I have done a chicken, steelhead trout, and an onion using recipes from some of you guys and gals. I must say they all turned out very good. I tried doing potatoes, but they didn't get done enough.
