Hi, my name is Mike. I live in Gallatin Mo. Not far from KC Mo.. back in 1990's me and a freind were going to try Competitions.. We never made it.. I was very serious about smoking and grilling in general, but as it goes life went by too fast.. Here I am retired at 55 and giving it another go.. I am cooking in the style of the late Mike Mills.. Try his been recipie!! I am slowing growing my book library back up! had about a dozen or less. Gave them to a new BBQ enthusiast. Hope to learn from all of you and someday add some to this forum!
