Hi there, I'm mike. I live in and own a small business in youngstown, Ohio. My wife bought me a masterbuilt digital 30" smoker this past spring and I love it, I just bought the slow smoker attachment so I can try smoking some cheese, I found this site using google and I think I'll spend the rest of my life here soaking up the information !
