This is Wendy AKA w8in4dave , or w8in or w8, what ever , I live in Mi. My hubby and I bought a smoker this last spring It is a lil electric one. A friend of ours let us borrow his and after we didn't want to give it back we decided to buy our own ... I have since learned how to smoke cheese ... OMG Love the Amazen smoker !!! I had a small one then gave it up for a tube Amazen Smoker .. Can you say Wow??? So we are new to smoking ,  learning from experience , and loving it!! even found out how to smoke cheese  when it is hot out :) yup I did!! hoping to learn alot of stuff here and by the way was sent here by jbest :) ..... So hey e1 :) 

Hoping I don't ask stupid questions , hopefully you all will be patient with me :)
