Dropping in from central MO to say hello. I just hit middle age, if I live to 106, relative newby to smoking as a means of cooking. I just started smoking last winter but I've been cold smoking deer sausage since I was big enough to follow my dad around. I currently use a UDS that I built last winter with a whole lot of help from SMF. Right now I am in the middle of an electric build and looking forward to completing it and giving it a test drive. A lot of what little I know I picked up right here from reading the forums so I thought it was time to join up and participate. So thanks for all the help already supplied, I appreciate it Jack.
