I live in Cocoa, Fl. I have been into making food for years i.e. grilling and baking meats but now I have this obsession with smoking meats hence finding this website. All I have is a Brinkmann Home Depot Special, that I have been having good success with so far I am smoking a Brisket right now. Shopping and saving for a pro-grade cooker, any suggestions? One question, what town is the North Florida gathering at and the date. I recently moved from Lake City after 10 years there. Looking forward to some great correspondence from ya,ll.
