hey y'all I am from Abbotsford BC and use a kamado right now but I am looking to build a smoker in the near future. I just need to figure what size I can get away with and not annoy my family whether to go vertical or horizontal, reverse flow, offset. I'll try not to ask too many dumb questions but there is so much to learn.
