How' it going my name is Jon i'm a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter mechanic down here in south Alabama At Ft. Rucker I have a wife and two kiddos 2 and 3 months old Harper and Brodie. I am a complete rookie when it comes to smoking and grilling. I have only smoked 1 thing and it was a chicken turned out just fone for a first timer, I have a little R2-D2 smoker I think it's a Brinkman it was a gift from my father in law to get started smoking, I love that little thing. Anyway just wanted to say hello and im going to have a lot of questions that have probably been beat to death from all the new guys lol i'll use the search as much as posible dont worry!
