Just to drop you guys a line or two.

Just joined and I'm already drooling from looking at your posts and suggestions!

I'm in Ottawa, Canada.
I use a Big Chief Smoker and I don't think there could ever be enough smoked meat!

I invested in a shelter for my smoker and grill for our harsh winters just to keep on smokin'!

I see that w/in here is alot of knowledge to be had and I'm glad I found y'all!!!

Hello fellow Canadian. I only started smoking last fall and wasn't having much success until I found this forum. It answered so many questions and there is a ton of information in the postings. Everytime I have asked a question, the experienced members have been very generous with their advice. 

I am sure you will enjoy the forum as much as I have.
