Welcome to SMF Steve. Check out our Build Forum-there's everything from fridge conversions to Ugly Drum Smokers (UDS) to custom built off-sets and reverse flow smokers. You're only limited by your imagination, budget and fabrication skills.

We have several members that have built several smokers and are willing to critique your ideas.

Enjoy the Smoke!

Hey Steve

Welcome.  Like Dutch said, there's lots of good ideas on this site.  Come up with a game plan and toss it out--you'll get a ton of suggestions

Hey thanks for the feedback guys! Looking at building exterior just as if it were a house (framed/siding/shingles/etc). Interior though I don't know where to start as I am new but will research some more.
