Hello,
My list of Q's are many, but I have got two I use the most. Here's a list, in order of appearance in my backyard.
Weber charcoal
Weber Genesis three burner propane
Pitts and Spitts 24 X 36 Another favorite
Weber Smokey Mountain 18"
Benson BBQ from the seventies. This is a Santa Maria style grill. My favorite. They don't make them any more.
WSM 22"
It took me a while to get used to using the P and S, but I have a pretty good handle on it now. I use the Webers when I want to just stick some meat on the Q and forget about it. I just don't like using all that Kingsford, and it's just not the same as stick burning flavor wise.
The Weber charcoal is going to my kid, and I still use the old Genesis in a pinch.
I highly recommend getting a Santa Maria grill for anyone interested in that style of grilling.
Oh, I forgot about that little Smokey Joe down there.
