Hello SMF!

My name is Shaun from Birmingham, Alabama. In case it was'nt clear from my username, yes I am an Auburn Man, WAR EAGLE!

I have been cooking, grilling, and smoking meat since college, which ended about 4 years ago, and I have been lurking around the forums for a few months soaking in all the great knowledge that I have already put it too good use on my Triton Outdoor Gourmet Duo w/ Side Fire Box that my wife got me for my birthday last year. Not sure if thats the correct name but it works for me. I have done a few mods to it and so far am very pleased with this entry level smoker.  I also have a ECB that we keep at the family lake house that I am looking into upgrading in the future.
