I live in sumter county florida (central florida). I own a welding fabrication shop and specialize in cookers/smokers. I have built tons of smokers but dont pretend to know everything. I recently ran across this forum and you guys seem to really know your stuff!!! Figured this would be a great resource! Here are a some pics from a couple of my builds:
