Got an 11 pound butt on sale 88 cents/pound. Honey rub then some brown sugar/chili powder/cacheres/kosher salt/CGBP/Chipotle rub. Spares on sale 1.47/pound so.............Dry rub using the same. Spraying every 45 minutes or so with "AJ/Wild Turkey American Honey Liqueur" mixture. Smoking with a Cherry/Hickory mix over GFS lump. Qview coming soon.
